Alongside our therapeutic discovery efforts, the Irshad Lab plays a leading role in the design and delivery of immune-informed clinical trials. Our focus is on window-of-opportunity studies, biomarker-led stratification, and longitudinal immune profiling across blood, tumour, and lymph nodes. These trials are designed not only to evaluate novel therapeutic combinations, but also to uncover mechanisms of resistance and immune escape in real time.
